LUCA Plus is Australia's leading e-invoicing provider, the official partner of Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks, using blockchain technology to increase the flexibily and security of financial tasks for accountants and bookkeepers.
To reshape LUCA Plus in a more user-centric way, I worked on a significant redesign to improve its appearance and e-invoicing functionality. I aimed to make it simpler for users to sign up and onboard, enhance the user customer conversion rate, and ensure visual consistency with the rebranded landing page.
This project demonstrates my ability to take charge of substantial user-centric initiatives, introduce innovation, balance aesthetics with functionality and leading customer-centered projects.
